Finalist in the Practical Parenting 2011 Awards
Yoomi is successful again!
We’ve been announced as a Finalist in this year’s Practical Parenting & Pregnancy awards which is great news as these awards are well recognised in the industry. There are so many categories and they feature so many great products (including our own!)
We’re proud to say that Yoomi has reached at least ‘finalist’ position in all of the awards we’ve entered for 2011 – the only ones left to be judged are the Mother & Baby Awards in which we’ve entered the ‘Best Product for Bottle Feeding’ category – we’ve been shortlisted which is fantastic news but the winners won’t get announced until November… so watch this space!
Going for Gold…. and we got it!
Not so long ago we asked you to vote for us in the Loved By Parents Awards 2011. Thank you to all of you that took the time out to vote.
We are told that thousands of parents registered their votes and that it was a very close fought contest.
And so how did yoomi do? Well our clever little bottle ONLY went on to beat the major brands to the top spot in the ‘Best Product for Bottle Feeding’ category. MAM took the Silver and Avent took the Bronze Award.
And that’s not all, yoomi also beat a host of other great inventions to gain GOLD in the ‘Best Travel Invention’ category. We even saw off the BoostApak Car seat (Silver) who recently appeared on Lord Sugar’s Apprentice and so were strong contenders for the Gold.
Other Gold winners included Annabel Karmel for Best Family Brand, The Maclaren Quest for favourite Buggy and Philips Avent for Best Electric Steriliser.
We’re thrilled to be chosen by parents as their bottle of choice in not only one but two categories and once again extend our huge thanks to all of you who voted.

Wow, what a week for us here at yoomi… we have award shortlists coming out of our ears!
Loved by Parents Awards announced yoomi as finalists in both ‘Best Product for Bottle Feeding’ and ‘Best Travel Invention’ categories!
What’s really exciting, is that the judging goes out to the public vote – today… So calling all yoomi users, fans and friends, please vote for us to win an award (or 2) to show that yoomi really is Loved By Parents!

Yoomi reached Finalist place in this category last year, let’s hope that our hard work and continuously improving product gets the recognition it deserves!
